How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is handcrafted and packed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.
Do you offer international shipping for your candies?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select military APO/FPO addresses to ensure the freshness and quality of our perishable sweets.
How should I store my Pralines and Bear Claws®?
To maintain peak freshness, store your sweets in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, our World Famous Pralines can be frozen in airtight containers for up to six months.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a complimentary gift message that we will print and include with your order.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied, please contact our customer service team within 15 days for a replacement or refund.
